Description
An ATF is an ‘Authorised Treatment Facility’ – the name that’s given to a scrap yard that has proved it meets with the strict law that surrounds the handling of scrap cars and other scrap materials.

Will I get charged if I change my mind?
Description
If you have changed your mind after accepting a quote to scrap your car, it’s important you let us know as soon as possible. If you do not tell us and a recovery partner arrives to collect your car, they may charge you for their wasted journey.

Can you collect my car when I’m not at home?
Description
Yes, we can, but we do need someone to be with the car for the collection. If it isn’t the registered keeper or owner, they will need a form of photo ID, and if the V5C document isn’t available, they’ll also need to show a utility bill with their address from the past 3 months.
